Meet Akira Drummonds,
B.A., M.A., L.P.C.C.-S

Founder & CEO of Premier Transformation Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC

"I began my journey into the field of mental health with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, graduating with honors. Fueled by a passion for helping others, I pursued a Master’s in Community Counseling at Xavier University, where I honed my skills in addressing diverse mental health needs. Beyond academic training, I am a certified yoga teacher through a 300-hour program, allowing me to incorporate mindfulness and holistic approaches into therapy.
I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, utilizing approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma and emotional barriers effectively. In every session, I bring a blend of evidence-based practices, empathy, and tailored care to meet your unique needs.

My philosophy centers on creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without fear. I aim to empower you with tools and strategies to overcome obstacles, rediscover your strengths, and achieve lasting transformation."

Meet Mr. Bentles
Counselor at Premier Transformation Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC
We also recognize the power of connection and comfort. That’s why we're proud to introduce Beau Bentley (Mr. Bentles), our certified therapy dog and emotional support animal. Upon request, Beau can join your sessions, offering a calming presence and unconditional support as part of your therapeutic journey.

Therapy dogs provide comfort, reduce anxiety, and create a calming presence for counseling patients, helping them feel more at ease during sessions. Their unconditional support can foster emotional healing, encourage communication, and ease symptoms of stress, depression, and trauma.
